This class gives an introduction to commercial real estate.  It is not meant to turn attendees in to commercial agents but to show that commercial real estate is complicated and that licensees should not undertake it without proper training. This class introduces the complexities while reminding licensees of their ethical obligation to “not undertake to provide specialized professional services concerning a type of property or service that is outside their field of competence.”   The class also provides instruction in the most common areas in which residential and commercial areas overlap so that they are prepared to give consumers good advice and know when they need to ask for help from a specialist
